Wellness as a way of life is so important, no matter what your age, isn’t it?
Hi Mitzi’s readers – this is Leslie Carothers writing and today, I’d like to share with you a very special video interview I took on the spur of the moment when Mitzi and I and Sarah Miller, [ 1 of Veronika Miller ‘s – CEO of http://modenus.com - 3 daughters ] attended the recent Kitchen and Bath International Tradeshow [ #KBIS2015 ] in Las Vegas.
Unbeknownst to Mitzi when Mitzi first met her, Sarah – who is 19 years old- has a passion for wellness, too.
Mitzi and I thought it would be fun and interesting to record a *top tips* video conversation between she and Sarah about wellness as a lifestyle – no matter what your age – and so I made up fast, impromptu interview questions and recorded this conversation between them.
We hope you will be helped in your own quest towards wellness with the top tips shared in this video and that you might also be encouraged to share this post and video with your daughters, granddaughters and friends, who might need an encouraging boost of top tips, too, so they can get started on living a life of health and wellness – no matter what their age.
